circular economy in the construction sector.
Programme to be followed - Construction and demolition waste (CDW) in the European
   Union. Framework, Directives, Communications, etc.
- Building demolition and decontamination as a requirement for
  an efficient recovery or products.
- Waste fractions, sources and existing recycling technology.
- Business models for the end-of- life of construction products.
- CDW characterization.
- Secondary materials characterization and quality criteria.
Prerequisites - Interest in more sustainable approaches.
- General knowledge on the construction sector.
- Participative attitude.
Course exam 20% engagement, including participation in class, contribution
with innovative ideas to the different activities.-
80% group work and final exam.
